Red ruby intense colour, with purple tinges and a fruity, spicy aroma: due to the natural fermentation, it is slightly racy. Full body, soft and persistent.
Food matches
Thanking to its natural sparkle, it is an all-courses wine, perfect with cold cuts and white meats (to be served at 14-16°C)
