TASTING NOTES: delicate pink color reminiscent of the cherry blossom petal; the perlage is fine and persistent perlage; parfum is fruity, flowery, intense and persistent. Taste is fresh, full, very harmonic.
FOOD MATCHES: ideal as aperitif, perfect as through-meal wine, especially with fish, salads, pasta and fresh chesees.
