Tasting notes
It is a long-lasting wine maintaining the fresh colour of its variety: full-body, intense ruby red colour with garnet nuances and harmonious tannins. It reminds of black cherries, raspberries, candied apple, white pepper, prunes and blonde tobacco.
Food matches
Ideal with the Piedmontese cuisine, especially grilled meats and strong tastes (to be served at 16-18°C).
