Grape variety: 95% Moscato 5% Red aromathic must
Tasting notes: the colour is pale rose and remind rose petals; perlage is fine and persistent; sweet, aromatic, fruity and flowery smell. Slightly aromatic, sweet and vivacious taste.
Food matches: Sweet, desserts, pastries, fruits. Served cool is a wonderful summer drink, ideal also for fruit cocktails.
We suggest to serve it at 8-10°C.
