Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow colour: young, it has a full, rich bouquet of flowers, delicate and very persistent; because of natural fermentation it is sparkling: intensively fruity, it reminds of bananas and with the passing of time it develops the classical overtones of honey and dried fruits.
Food matches
If served chilled it is a great aperitif. Ideal with starters, pizza, fish courses, risotto and pasta (to be served at 10-12°C).
