TASTING NOTES: The colour is intense, ruby red with violet fringes and some violet hues. The bouquet is also intense and persistent, very fruit and inviting. It has a smooth and ample taste, easy drinking, good body, very harmonious and well-balanced.
FOOD MATCHES: To be served at 18°C with any courses; it goes particularly well with game, pasta and all kind of cheese.
