Tasting notes: the colour is pale rose and remind rose petals; perlage is fine and persistent; sweet, aromatic, fruity and flowery smell. Slightly aromatic, sweet and vivacious taste.
Food matches: Sweet, desserts, pastries. Served cool is a wonderful summer drink, ideal also for fruit cocktails.
To be served cold, at 8-10°C.
